Oh my, lash accepts the following forms of payments through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as, PayPal payments.
How long does it take for orders to process?
Processing for all orders are within 2 - 3 business days (not including the weekends) of when the order was placed pending on the fact that we have all the information needed for your order and we do not need to confirm it is an actual legitimate order.
When should I expect my lashes? Is there a tracking number?
You can expect to receive your lashes within 7 business days (not including the weekends) if the postal office is not too busy. The tracking number is provided when the shipping label is created.
How soon can i expect to receive my product after I have ordered?
7 Business days (not including the weekends) pending on the fact that your billing address matches the information associated with your credit card.
Do you currently ship lashes to my country?
YES, We offer Domestic & International shipping. The current shipping flat rate for international shipping is $11 USD (this includes parcel insurance)
How soon can i expect an International order to arrive?
International Orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Delivery time depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs. We do offer faster shipping alternatives; If for any reason you would like to receive your package sooner please contact us at email@example.com.
I just ordered realized that my shipping address is wrong, how can i change that?
Please email us immediately with the correct address. Use subject line: ATTN: INCORRECT ADDRESS ORDER #
I got an email from your company telling me that my information for my credit card was wrong what do i do?
Like any system that checks credit cards our system will notify us of possible problems with an order. Simply reply to the email with the correct information and your order will be fine. NEVER SEND A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. WE WILL NOT ASK FOR THAT.
What is your return policy?
We are glad to replace any unused & defective item that you receive from us within 30 days of purchase. To do this please send the lashes back to us via USPS to this address:

I never received my order from your company, What do I do?
If your lash order has been delayed: Go to the Package Tracking Page and use your tracking number to look up your package
If your lash order has taken longer than 2 weeks to arrive please contact us immediately with your order # via email. We answer personally and take each request seriously.
If you believe that sometime in the past you ordered from us and never received the order (some have claimed this) We encourage you to contact us immediately with your order # (or we can simply search your name) and let us know of the unreceived merchandise. We will refund you DOUBLE for any proven claim of unreceived merchandise since we began as a company (2 years ago).
What are your return and exchange policy?
*PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the package has left the Oh My, Lash warehouse, received by the post office and a tracking number has been issued, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
