Do Oh My, Lash!® falsies only come in one size?

  • Oh My, Lash!® offers a standard size as this allows you to custom trim them to fit your eyes.
  • It is better that they are a little wider than your eye, because then you can easily trim them to your shape.

Are your lashes tested on animals or the lash glue?

  • All of our lashes are animal friendly, cruelty-free.
  • Tested only by humans.  
  • As Mentioned above, we do not sell lash glue. 
Is eyelash adhesive included with my purchase? 

Currently eyelash adhesive is NOT included in your purchase.
We recommend using Duo Eyelash Adhesive, they have varieties of latex & non-latex glue. 

A certain lash that i want is not on your website, when will it be back? 

Occasionally we will sell out of an item.
The best way to know when we will bring the lash back is to sign up to our email list in order to be notified when it is restocked. 
We take your suggestions willingly, and will encourage you to make suggestions. 

What type of eyelash adhesive do you recommend? 

There are several different types of eyelash adhesives.
Choose one to fit your needs.  
Duo Eyelash Adhesive has a good assortment of glues that may fit your need and skin sensitivity.
We have also heard very good things about True Glue Adhesive.

  • Processing for all orders are within 2 - 3 business days.

  • When the order was placed pending on the fact that we have all the information needed for your order and we do not need to confirm it is an actual legitimate order.

  • You  can expect to receive your lashes within 7 business days. 
  • (not including the weekends) If the postal office is not too busy.  
  • The tracking number is provided when the shipping label is created.

I never received my order from your company, What do I do? 
  • If your lash order has been delayed: 
  • Contact at any one of the forms of contact located on our contact page. 
  • If your lash order has taken longer than 2 weeks to arrive please contact us immediately with your order # via email.  We answer personally and take each request seriously.
  • If you believe that sometime in the past you ordered from us and never received the order ...
  • (some have claimed this)  
  • We encourage you to contact us immediately with your order #
  • (or we can simply search your name)
  • And let us know of the unreceived merchandise.  
  • We will refund you DOUBLE for any proven claim of unreceived merchandise since we began as a company
  • (over 2 years ago).
